​​Current Responsibilities
Peter Palmisano is a Senior Vice President in the Northeast region of Jones Lang LaSalle with more than 30 years of diverse experience directing corporate, educational, residential, retail, research and development, manufacturing, and healthcare. He is currently providing direct project management support for the complete demolition and construction of a two floor apartment on 5th Avenue and 63th Street in NYC. Concurrently he is the Project Executive on the new Ambulatory Care Building at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital.
During his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle, Peter managed the programming, architectural design and engineering, and entitlement process for a 60,000 square foot residence in Greenwich, CT. He also represented the owners of a 42,000 square foot home in Greenwich, CT. His responsibilities included evaluation of all professional and trade contracts, reviewing past change orders, scope compliance, and cost of work. He ultimately provided the owners with $4,000,000 worth of potential savings.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Peter was an independent consultant focusing on owner’s representative and construction management. As an Owner’s Representative for The Bronxville School District, he provided on–site consulting on contractor performance, bond issues, schedule and strategic analysis. He managed the schools budget, schedule, technology, furniture and kitchen implementation programs and reported to the superintendent of schools. Projects included:
  • The Brink’s Company, where he managed the implementation of regional facilities in Chicago, Philadelphia, and New Orleans.  
  • Affinity Health Plans, Owner’s Representative, managed the 80,000s.f. conversion of an existing warehouse into a corporate headquarters, call center and claims processing center. 
  • Memry Corporation​, Construction Manager for , a 40,000s.f. medical manufacturing and headquarters facility located in Bethel, CT. 

Preceding his consultant work, Peter held the position of President for Project Planning Group, Inc. for 17 years. Projects included Waldenbooks Headquarters, Ann Arbor, MI, $250,000s.f. interior project, project value of $15 million, GTE Cellular Headquarter, Atlanta, GA, 405,000s.f., shell and interior projects, project value of $60 million.
As an employee for Xerox Corporation, Peter  held various positions within the Corporate Real Estate department with tenure of 16 years. Positions held included Facilities Manager, Senior Project Manager and Manager of Design and Project Management.
Education and Affiliations
Peter earned his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Bradley University, Peoria, IL. He also received a degree in Construction Management from Dean College, Franklin, MA.
