In her role as a Vice President for JLL’s Denver office, Cathy Harris is an experienced construction professional who strongly advocates for each client. Cathy oversees the entire construction process for tenants, including project implementation, space programming, schematic design, design development, construction document management, bid negotiation and review, construction administration and billing through project close out. Her project solutions take into consideration her client’s vision, budget, and schedule. Cathy values collaboration and builds strong teams.¬¬ She is an advocate for her clients and recognizes the unique expectations of all stakeholders.
Cathy brings a thourough, strategic process to each project that drives bottom line results for clients in the form of budget and schedule savings. Cathy has succcesfully managed to blend her market knowledge, collaborative process, and cost savings intitatives to exceed client expectations. With over 7 years at JLL, Cathy’s expereince spans variying project types including tenant improvements, ground up, and multi-site. As a project manager, Cathy is driven to resolve project issues and goes the extra mile. Successful resolution is due to strong listening skills, thorough understanding, trust, and steady presence.
Education and Affiliations
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. After hours, Cathy spends time cycling and volunteering for Tru Community Care (Hospice): Patient Care and Healing Circle (Kids Grief Groups), as well as, Shimmerig Wings (Camp Erin).
