Current responsibilities
Glenn Tolchin serves as a Managing Director with JLL Capital Markets, New York Investment Sales. The team is exclusively focused on assisting clients in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of New York City investment real estate.

With 15 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, Glenn leads the investment sales process, overseeing property valuation, marketing, negotiation, and new business development.  He  has been directly involved in the sale of over 100 New York  properties, totaling more than 15 million square feet and valued in excess of $6 billion. Completed transactions have included office, multifamily, development, hotel, retail, and mixed-use assets.

Years of experience

Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Glenn was a Senior Director for the New York Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He specialized in the preparation of team marketing materials, offering memoranda, investment summaries, financial models, transaction analyses, and property valuations. 

Prior to 2004, Glenn was with ABS Partners Real Estate, where he managed and leased seven Class B Manhattan commercial office properties. He was responsible for all leasing, operating and tenant matters, including negotiation of lease terms, capital projects, building services, and tenant fit-outs.

Glenn graduated from the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and received his MBA from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business in New York City with a concentration in Finance.

Glenn is an active member of the Young Men's & Women's Real Estate Association of New York, serving on the Board as Treasurer and Governor.

He is a licensed associate real estate broker in the state of New York and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
