She joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010.  Pam's responsibilities include the implementation of Jones Lang LaSalle Best Practices, development of client specific processes and management of Jones Lang LaSalle project management staff in Southern California.  Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Heckman was the Leasing and Tenant Manager at Makar Properties where she was directly involved with the design development, leasing and operational set up for a 191,000 square foot commercial component, containing retail, restaurant and office space, within the mixed use project.  As the Director of Tenant Coordination with JH Snyder Company her role included leading various tenants through the full construction process from design development to construction and ultimately to the successful opening of their business operations in the center.
