Current responsibilities
Greg O'Brien is Chief Executive Officer, Americas. In this capacity, he has overall responsibility for the Americas businesses and leads the Americas Executive Committee, which sets the strategic direction for the region. Greg also is a member of the firm's Global Executive Board, and sits on the Diversity and Inclusion Council for the Americas.   

Formerly CEO, Markets Solutions at JLL, Greg led the U.S. geographic businesses responsible for more than 60 percent of revenue in the Americas.

Prior to JLL, Greg was CEO of The Staubach Company, which merged with JLL in 2008. Staubach was a market-leading real estate advisory firm that delivered cost-effective solutions for office, industrial and retail clients.

The company posted U.S. revenue of $550 million in 2008 and had almost 1,500 employees in 68 offices. Greg was appointed to The Staubach Company's Board of Directors in 2007. 

Greg received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. 

He has served on the Board of Directors of Teach for America for the past 14 years in Washington, DC, and is actively involved in other charities in the community. 

He lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife, Lynne, and their three children.
