Current responsibilities
Scott Redabaugh is a Managing Director in the JLL Business Consulting group. He is responsible for assisting organizations with portfolio strategy, location strategy and occupancy optimization initiatives that enable business performance. He is based in Washington, DC.  

Experience
Scott has 20 years of experience assisting organizations with the configuration of their real estate and operating platform to achieve structural cost, workforce, and operating objectives.  Areas of expertise include business location footprint optimization, real estate portfolio assessment, business process redeployment strategy, location and labor market strategy, real estate occupancy strategy and business case development.

Prior to joining JLL, Scott was a Consulting Partner with Cushman & Wakefield's Business Consulting group, responsible for practice development and client service delivery. Before that he was a Vice President at HOK Consulting where he was responsible for managing the Washington, DC consulting practice in delivery of strategic occupancy planning and workplace strategy.

He has made a number of industry group presentations at CoreNet chapters and Area Development Consulting Forums and is a member of the Editorial Board for Area Development. He has also published a number of articles through Area Development and CoreNet Global, and has been quoted in a number of articles from publications such as CEO Magazine, Area Development Online, JLL Real Views, The Washington Post, and the Call Center Times

Education & Affiliations 
Scott holds a Master of Science from Cornell University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of New Mexico. He is a member of the Site Selectors Guild and Counselors of Real Estate, both of which membership is awarded only through invitation and peer and client review.holds a Masters of Science from Cornell University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of New Mexico.
