Our people

Current responsibilities 
Greg Levi is a Managing Director in the Sacramento area, responsible for managing JLL’s leasing and sales activities in the region. He currently oversees the marketing of more than three million square feet of class A/B office space, throughout the area, and represents several significant tenants in the suburban markets. Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Greg was a veteran office broker at CBRE for 23 years with a title of Senior Vice President. He has consistently been a top producer every year since 1990 with both firms.

Experience
During Greg’s tenure he has specialized in office tenant representation and has been instrumental in several major building listings, including ground-up projects. He has leased and sold in excess of 20 million square feet of office space in his career.
 
Recent representative transitions & assignments: 
  • 500 Capitol Mall, 430,000 square feet, Bank of the West, Cal FHA, Stoel Rives, CBRE
  • 501 J Street, 200,000 square feet, 5-story office property sold to Kaiser Permanente for conversion to MOB
  • 3300 Zinfandel and 10834 International, 174,459 square feet, Blue Shield of California, 10-year lease
  • C Street Business Park, Completed leases with Dignity Health, UC Davis, MWH International
  • United Healthcare, 120,000 square foot lease
  • Travelers Insurance, 80,000 square foot lease in Capital Center
  • Senator Office Building, 172,000 square feet, sold and leased building
Education and affiliations
Greg holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and graduated from Jesuit High School of Sacramento in 1982.
