Jack Kozakar – Vice President
 
Jack Kozakar is a Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services; throughout the Southwest Jack leads complex development, urban infill and corporate projects.  Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2004 Jack has managed project and development budgets from $800,000 to 62 million dollars.

Jack began his career in complex construction and engineering with the US Navy. Serving as a Lieutenant he was responsible for high pressure steam engineering, surface warfare and tactical actions. Since 1992 Jack has served as chief engineer for Class A complexes, senior project manager, and national construction manager for national companies. Throughout his career Jack has developed over three million square feet of property.

• Walden House redeveloped a previously condemned 54,000 s.f. building as residential alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles. 
• Time Warner Cable developed 69,000 s.f multi-use facilities (tech support, call center, assembly, distribution, regional conference facility & regional office) in Van Nuys, CA.
• Quartzdyne (Dover) developed 50,500 s.f., LEED-certified, clean-space, manufacturing facility for specialty transducers in Salt Lake City, UT.
• Alliance Space Systems constructed 77,000 s.f. carbon fiber manufacturing facility in Los Alamitos, CA.
• ICI (Glidden), developed 413,000 s.f. regional distribution hub facility in Riverside with largest Flammable Storage Rooms in California.
• Weber Distribution, constructed 251,400 s.f. of refrigerated warehouse & regional distribution facility in two locations (Rancho Cucamonga and Stockton).
• Golden Era Productions, developed 168,000 s.f., 6 building hotel in San Jacinto with state of the art green technology.  Prior to engagement, the project was 50% complete and abandoned for 12 years.
• Latham and Watkins LLP, completed construction cost audit saving five percent of construction costs on 120,000 s.f. of high rise remodel and interiors construction.
• Bridge Publications constructed 277,000 s.f. publishing and compact disk production; distribution and warehouse facility in Commerce, CA.
• Manor Hotel, planned interiors and FFE renovations for 106,000 s.f. historical hotel, conversion of subterranean parking to commercial use, and various master planning elements in Hollywood, CA.
• Gardiner Hotel Apartments, planned renovations and conversion to a modern apartment building, the 82,400 s.f. apartment and hotel building constructed in 1928 in Hollywood, CA.
• Bunim Murray Productions planned 53,000 s.f. Reality Television Editing and Production Facility, including interiors, technology, phased move planning, and exterior signage.
