Jones Lang LaSalle Completes 133,317-SF Lease for Toyota Financial Services

Five-Year Renewal Keeps Company in Chandler, Ariz.

PHOENIX, March 24, 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a five-year, 133,317-square-foot lease renewal for Toyota Financial Services. The renewal preserves the company’s presence at San Tan Corporate Center I, located at Ray Road and the Loop 101 freeway in Chandler, Ariz., where Toyota conducts administrative and call center functions.
Toyota Financial Services is a leading provider of automotive financial services, offering an extensive line of financing plans and vehicle and payment protection products to Toyota, Lexus and Scion customers and dealers in the U.S.
Toyota Financial Services has occupied the building at San Tan Corporate Center I since 2001. Recently, the property earned LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council—the leading, nationally accepted third-party verification program for green buildings.
Greg Bast and Wally Hale, Managing Directors in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Phoenix office, and Wade Clark and Ronda Clark, Executive Vice Presidents in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Orange County office, represented Toyota. Jones Lang LaSalle worked directly with the landlord, Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, on the transaction.
