Jones Lang LaSalle Bolsters Project and Development Expertise in New Jersey with Top New Hire

Industry Veteran Scott Lesh Will Serve as Market Lead

PARSIPPANY, N.J. Feb. 15, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Scott Lesh has been named the new leader of its New Jersey Project and Development Services (PDS) group.  Lesh brings more than 15 years of corporate real estate experience in managing corporate interiors, retail fit outs and mission critical data centers. In his career, he has overseen more than three million square feet of projects with capital budgets in excess of $1 billion.

The firm’s PDS group provides corporate and institutional clients with project management services from site due diligence and design to construction and relocation oversight and work with clients across a wide spectrum including the financial, insurance, healthcare, life sciences and high education sectors.
