Jones Lang LaSalle Ramps up Brokerage Team in Columbus, OH

Firm hires two top tier brokers in Columbus to build industrial and office services


COLUMBUS, OH, Feb. 7, 2011 —  Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Steve Kuhr as Senior Vice President and Soniya Gokhale as Vice President in the firm’s Columbus brokerage team.  Kuhr will focus on building Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial brokerage service offering in the region while Gokhale will build the firm’s office brokerage business in Central Ohio.  She will specialize in tenant representation services including strategic planning, lease negotiations, and land and building acquisition and disposition.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, Kuhr specializes in both landlord and tenant representation advising local and national clients with their industrial real estate needs.   Kuhr graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration specializing in marketing and real estate development from Ohio State University.
Gokhale has a wide range of experience working with numerous asset types and clients including medical and general office tenants as well as India-based companies with multi-national portfolios.  Gokhale graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in english and journalism from Ohio State University.
