Van Buskirk, Meincke Join Jones Lang LaSalle’s Industrial Team

Latest additions to Philadelphia office bolster local capabilities of global real estate firm


PHILADELPHIA, March 31, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading integrated financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, today announced that two industrial specialists have joined the firm’s rapidly growing Philadelphia office.  John Van Buskirk joins as Senior Vice President and Kim Meincke joins as Vice President.  Both are part of the firm’s industrial services team.

Mr. Van Buskirk, Senior Vice President, comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from NAI CIR, where he specialized in industrial site and facility procurement, agency leasing, development and redevelopment advisory and investment transactions. With Knowles, Van Buskirk will also be a partner in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions group.
 
Ms. Meincke, Vice President, comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Opus East, LLC, where she was responsible for site selection, entitlements and development and leasing activities for Pennsylvania.  Kim brings many years experience on the landlord side, having worked for both privately- and publicly-held industrial development companies.  Jordan Brensinger, who also joined the firm, rounds out the new industrial team providing market and research support.
 
The Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Services team is already building momentum in the marketplace, representing such land development projects as Commerce Park in Shippensburg, PA for BPG Properties and the Morgantown Interchange Industrial Park in Berks County. In addition, the team is representing some of the region’s top Class A distribution buildings on behalf of some major industrial owners, such as Liberty Property Trust, USAA, AEW Capital Management and Prologis.
