Jones Lang LaSalle Awarded Leasing of Class A Office Building in Anaheim at Stadium Crossings

ANAHEIM, CALIF, Jan. 24, 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the leasing for a 105,940-square-foot Class A office building located at 2125 E. Katella Avenue in Anaheim, part of the Stadium Crossings mixed-use property.

Leading the leasing efforts for the premier property are Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Jay Nugent and Vice President Curtis Ellmore.

“Jones Lang LaSalle was selected for this assignment because of our local market expertise and results-oriented leasing strategies,” said Ellmore.  “Stadium Crossings is considered one of Central Orange County’s premier office addresses, featuring first-class amenities in a first-class location.”

Jones Lang LaSalle was hired by the landlord, Bilak Enterprises, which acquired the four-story building in April of 2007.

Stadium Crossings entails the 105,940-square-foot office building and 58,632 square feet of retail amenities, including Bally’s Total Fitness, Baskin-Robbins, Togo’s, and Starbucks.  The property is within walking distance of the Anaheim Train Station, Angel Stadium, The Grove and Honda Center.
