Industry Veteran Craig Eisenhardt Joins Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Vice President

Jones Lang LaSalle Continues to Emerge as New Jersey’s Top Brokerage Firm

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Oct. 20, 2010) — Jones Lang LaSalle today took another step towards emerging as the leading powerhouse in commercial real estate brokerage services in New Jersey.  The firm announced that Craig Eisenhardt, a long-time, well-respected New Jersey commercial real estate veteran with 14 years of industry experience, has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President.

An industry expert, Eisenhardt has completed more than 5 million square feet of lease transactions throughout Northern and Central New Jersey during his career, which includes experience providing leading corporate tenants, owners, investors and developers in New Jersey with representative consulting, strategic planning, market research, leasing and marketing services.  He is well-known in the industry as a top producing broker, and compliments Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage group of more than 65 professionals, specializing in representing tenants, landlords, and investors for office and industrial advisory, brokerage and investment sales services. He joins from CB Richard Ellis.

Throughout his career, Eisenhardt has worked on or completed several of New Jersey’s largest leasing transactions, including one of the largest deals of 2009, a 109,000-square-foot lease, which won the highly-coveted NAIOP “Deal of the Year” award in 2010. Eisenhardt’s professionalism and commitment to excellence have earned him numerous industry awards and accolades, including CoStar Group’s “Top 20” Broker award and Real Estate New Jersey’s “Top 40 Under 40” recognition.
