Industrial Real Estate Professionals Chip Barnes and Matt Dickerson Join Jones Lang LaSalle Indianapolis Team

INDIANAPOLIS — Dec. 20, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that industrial real estate specialists Chip Barnes, SIOR, and Matt Dickerson, SIOR, have joined the firm’s fast-growing Industrial Services team in Indianapolis as senior vice presidents.

The duo’s hiring is the latest in a series of moves by Jones Lang LaSalle aimed at growing the firm’s industrial platform in the Midwest, particularly in Indianapolis, one of the region’s largest industrial markets.

Barnes and Dickerson come to Jones Lang LaSalle from NAI Olympia, where they were among the firm’s top producing brokers for much of the past decade.

Barnes, 34, has completed more than 300 industrial real estate transactions during the course of his 11-year career in the business. Dickerson, 33, has enjoyed similar success throughout his nine-year professional career. They join Steve Schwegman, SIOR, Brian Seitz, SIOR, Jake Sturman, SIOR, and Brian Buschuk on Jones Lang LaSalle’s Indianapolis Industrial Services team.
