Life Insurance Company Leases 16,500 SF at Woodfield Financial Centre

CHICAGO, Dec. 6, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that American General Life Insurance Company has signed a long-term lease for 16,515 square feet of space at Woodfield Financial Centre in Schaumburg.

Rick Benoy, a Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President, represented building ownership, Fulcrum Asset Advisors, in the transaction, which brings the overall occupancy rate at the seven-story, 183,000-square-foot office building to more than 90 percent.

Woodfield Financial Centre is located just a block from Woodfield Mall at the southwest corner of Woodfield and Meacham roads, offering easy access to an abundance of retail and restaurant amenities both in the mall and along Meacham and Golf Roads.

Houston-based American General is relocating from a 19,000-square foot space at the nearby One Woodfield Lake building. The company was represented by David Findling of Cushman & Wakefield.
