Jones Lang LaSalle Hires Audrey Coe to Strengthen Client Services Platform in New York

NEW YORK, November 17, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Audrey Coe as a vice president. Based in New York, Coe will provide advisory and tenant representation services in the United States and overseas to major global businesses.

Coe has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, specializing in tenant representation and agency leasing services. She has extensive expertise in client relationship management and has fostered close relationships with building owners throughout the New York metropolitan region. Coe is highly skilled at overseeing complex negotiations for major corporate space users.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Coe served as leasing and marketing director for Cushman & Wakefield Inc. She represented a private owner as agent in overseeing two Class A office properties totaling 1.4 million square feet. Before that, she served as a leasing manager with Rose Associates and also with Solow Management Corp. Earlier, she was an associate broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate and also worked with Grenadier Realty.

Coe is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and received a certificate in real estate finance and development from New York University. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston.
