Jones Lang LaSalle Awarded 75,775-Square-Foot Exclusive Leasing Assignment at 10210 North Central Expressway


DALLAS, Nov. 16, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of 10210 North Central Expressway, a 75,775-square-foot, midrise office building located at the northeast corner of North Central Expressway and Blair Street. The team of Steve Everbach, Managing Director, and Conor McCarthy, Associate, will lead the leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, 10210 Central Place Partners, Ltd. 

“The ownership is committed to a very high level of service to the tenants and has made many improvements to the building. The building has many positive attributes and is perfect for tenants who want a wide variety of area amenities available to their employees,” said Everbach.

Currently the building is 91 percent occupied with 6,361 square feet of space available. The property has newly installed elevator and HVAC systems, and strong visibility and convenient access via Central Expressway. Area amenities include Dallas Presbyterian Hospital, numerous restaurants and high-end retail destinations such as NorthPark Center and The Shops at Park Lane.
