Cash-Management Services Company Renews Lease for 35,000 SF in St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 29, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Loomis Armored US, an international leader in the cash handling services industry, has renegotiated and renewed its lease of 35,000 square feet of space in a St. Paul industrial/office building.

Brett Severson and Sheila Hanson of Jones Lang LaSalle completed the transaction on behalf of Loomis Armored.

Under the terms of the deal, the building owner is now completing a variety of upgrades to the facility, which are being done without interruption to Loomis Armored’s services. The deal also resulted in significant cost savings for Loomis Armored over the term of the lease.

The facility is one of two operated by Loomis Armored in the state of Minnesota.
