Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Public Institutions Expertise in New York

Patrick Flinn hired as Managing Director to take helm in Northeast

NEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2010 —Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the firm has hired Patrick Flinn as a Managing Director to steer and grow the firm’s Public Institutions practice for the Northeast Region out of the New York office.  In this role, Flinn will advance the firm’s client service delivery of innovative real estate solutions to the public sector, advising on all aspects of large-scale privatization and other public sector advisory and transactional projects.  He was previously an Assistant Director with the Real Estate Services Department of The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.

Prior to the Port Authority where he spent the last eight years leading cross-functional project teams including working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Flinn served as a Regional Vice President of Retail Sales at Knowledge Support Systems.  He also has experience working with several financial services firms including Citibank, American Express and Midlantic Bank.  He earned his B.S. in Business Administration-Finance from Montclair University.
