Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Sale of 159,040-Square-Foot Former Dow Chemical Manufacturing Facility

TRACY, CA, Oct. 18, 2010 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has completed the sale of 400 Gandy Dancer Drive, a 159,040-square-foot and 26-acre former manufacturing facility owned by Dow Chemical in Tracy to local buyer AEJ Properties.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AEJ is a Tracy-based trucking company.  The company intends to occupy the property after relocating its business from a nearby location on East Grant Line Road.
