Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges Four Leases Totaling 16,124 Square Feet

DALLAS, Oct. 18, 2010 – Jones Lang LaSalle's Managing Director Carl Ewert and Executive Vice President Jeff Staubach represented Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s in a 5,847-square-foot office lease at 200 Crescent Court in Uptown.  Tony Click represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Holdings.

At Frisco Square, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice Presidents Jeff Eckert and James Esquivel negotiated a total of 10,277 square feet on behalf of Behringer Harvard Funds and Fairways Frisco Square.
  • Gateway Church leased 4,885 square feet

  • Acacia Technologies leased 4,567 square feet

  • Harvest Petroleum, an independent oil and gas exploration company, leased 825 square feet for its headquarters office
