Jones Lang LaSalle Markets Prime Palo Alto Office Building for Embarcadero Capital Partners

Fully leased Class A office building in one of the strongest office markets in country


PALO ALTO, CA, Oct. 5 2010 –Embarcadero Capital Partners has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to exclusively market for sale 100 Hamilton Avenue, a Class A office building located in Downtown Palo Alto.  The four-story, 71,827-square-foot building is 100 percent leased to three institutional-quality tenants with an average remaining lease term of six years.  100 Hamilton is one of the most prominent and desirable office addresses in Downtown Palo Alto and has a storied history as the location where both the ubiquitous Java platform and AltaVista--the first modern internet search engine--were developed.
