Jones Lang LaSalle Secures 58,000-Square-Foot Office Lease for Horizon Wind Energy in Houston

HOUSTON, Sept. 16, 2010 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Horizon Wind Energy has renewed its 58,000-square-foot office lease at The Esperson Building, located at 808 Travis Street in downtown Houston. Jones Lang LaSalle Executive Vice President David Bale and Senior Vice President Louie Crapitto represented the tenant.  Transwestern Vice President Paul Wittorf represented the landlord, Seligman Western.
