Firm adds John Perkins to senior leadership team in King of Prussia

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 13, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the appointment of John Perkins as Senior Vice President of the firm’s Philadelphia office leasing team.  Perkins will join the growing King of Prussia office, which Jones Lang LaSalle opened last year.  In his new role, Perkins will focus on advising tenants and landlords on suburban office leases across the Philadelphia region.

“With more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, John brings a wealth of experience with noteworthy international corporations,” said Ron Cariola, Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle.  “Adding John to the team will allow us to expand our group’s presence and broaden the expertise we provide our clients across the region.”

Perkins joins from Grubb & Ellis where he was a top producer and specialized in both landlord and tenant representation for office leasing and dispositions.  Perkins holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Shippensburg University.

“We are pleased that John is joining our team and he will be a key leader as we continue our growth in the Philadelphia suburban markets,” said Mike Morrone, Executive Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle.
