McDermott Renews its Houston Lease for 190,000 Square Feet

HOUSTON, Sept. 8, 2010 — A subsidiary of McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott”) announced that it has finalized a 190,000-square-foot office lease renewal at Two Eldridge Place, located at 757 N. Eldridge Parkway in Houston.

Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Lucian Bukowski and Executive Vice President Mike Boehler represented the tenant, McDermott, while John Pruitt and Kristen Rabel with CBRE represented the landlord, Behringer Harvard.

“It is increasingly important to retain the HQ functions of global companies like McDermott in the U.S.,” says Bukowski. “I was fortunate to work on this project with some great people. The lease we negotiated is highly flexible to account for changes in McDermott’s business and represents its commitment to continue to operate out of Houston.”

McDermott is a leading engineering, procurement, construction and installation company focused on executing complex offshore oil and gas projects worldwide.
