Jones Lang LaSalle Richmond Office Completes Over 350,140 SF of Deals in July


RICHMOND, August 25, 2010 – Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that its Richmond office completed more than 350,140-square-feet of deals in July 2010.  Jones Lang LaSalle expanded its Richmond presence in July 2009 to include agency leasing, tenant representation, industrial leasing and capital markets, and added a Hampton Roads office in May 2010.
 
Tenant Representation Deals
 
Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle represented General Cigar in its 16,279 square foot lease in Highwoods I at 10900 Nucklos Road in Glen Allen, VA.
 
Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Logistics 2020 in its 17,331 square foot lease at Riversbend East at 13203 N. Enon Church Road in Chester, VA.
 
Jimmy Appich and Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR represented Bostwick Laboratories in its 135,000 square foot lease renewal at 4851 Lake Brook Drive in Glen Allen, VA.
 
Scott P. Harrison, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle renewed Cisco Systems for 9,784 square feet in Three James Center at 1051 East Cary Street, Richmond, VA.
 
Scott P. Harrison, SIOR and Jimmy Appich of Jones Lang LaSalle renewed and expanded Intelliject, Inc in 6,143 square feet in the Turning Basin Building as 111 Virginia Street, Richmond, VA. 
 
Scott P. Harrison, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle transacted two MetLife Insurance renewals totaling 7,564 square feet at the Highwoods One Building at 10900 Nuckols Road, Glen Allen, VA and 1025 Boulders Parkway, Richmond, VA.
 
Scott P. Harrison, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle renewed T&G Controls 4,500 square feet at 527 Branchway Road, Richmond, VA.
 
Agency Leasing Deals
 
Jimmy Appich and Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, REVA Fairfax, of the Fairfax Building at 10710 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA in its 44,753 square foot lease renewal with SunTrust Bank.
 
Jimmy Appich and Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, REVA Fairfax, of the Fairfax Building at 10710 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA in its 30,350 square foot lease renewal with Reckitt Benckiser.
 
Ned Roberts and Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR represented the landlord, MGP Real Estate, of Lee’s Hill II at 10304 Spotsylvania Avenue in its 40,000 square foot new lease with A-T Solutions in Spotsylvania, VA.
 
Scott P. Harrison, SIOR and Charles M. Polk, III, SIOR represented West End Administrators owner of Twin Horse Place at 8814 Fargo Road, Richmond, VA in the leasing of 5,295 square feet.  This included new leases for to Seltek, Inc. and to Terra Forge, and the renewal of Virginia Life Brokerage.
