Jones Lang LaSalle Wins Exclusive Leasing & Management Assignment for Meridian Corporate Plaza One and Two in Indianapolis

JLL to implement revenue-driving strategies at 200,000-square-foot trophy suburban office complex through national best practices


INDIANAPOLIS, July 20, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has been named as the exclusive leasing and management agent for Meridian Corporate Plaza One and Two in Indianapolis.  As part of Inland American Real Estate Investment Trust’s portfolio of properties, the two Class-A buildings represent approximately 200,000 square feet and are located at 301 & 401 Pennsylvania Parkway. This new assignment brings the firm’s total landlord leasing and management portfolio in Indianapolis to nearly five million square feet.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s leasing team will be led by Executive Vice President John Robinson and Vice President Adam Broderick. Denise Kouril, also of Jones Lang LaSalle, will oversee the management of the properties. Meridian Corporate Plaza One, an approximately 66,000-square-foot building, is currently available for lease in its entirety. Meridian Corporate Plaza Two, an approximately 135,500-square-foot property, is currently 96-percent leased.

As the property’s leasing and management agent, Jones Lang LaSalle will provide a comprehensive suite of services to maximize tenancy at Meridian Corporate Plaza One and Two as well as enhance the value of the asset on behalf of building ownership.

Inclusive of the 1.1-million-square foot Chase Tower leasing and management assignment, the Jones Lang LaSalle Indianapolis office received earlier this year, it now leases 3.5 million square feet of office space and has 1.4 million square feet of Class-A office space under management.

Located in Indianapolis’ desirable North Meridian Corridor Submarket, Meridian Corporate Plaza One and Two provides tenants with excellent access and visibility off of I-465. Amenities within the mixed-use business park include a walking path that encircles a five-acre lake, Lulu’s Café, a gourmet coffee shop and restaurant, a 100-seat conference center, and a Four Points at Sheraton Hotel. 

Jones Lang LaSalle marked its expansion in Indianapolis by opening a new, full-service office in December 2008.  Executive Vice President John Robinson and Executive Vice President Dan O’Neil co-manage the operation.  The company houses 21 professionals in its office which is located at 8900 Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis and employs an additional 150 employees in Central Indiana who are located on-site with several corporate clients.
