Jones Lang LaSalle Bolsters Open-Air Retail Division with Industry Veteran Steve Yenser


ATLANTA, July 29, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Steve Yenser as Executive Vice President, Director of Open-Air in its Retail division.  Based in Atlanta, Yenser will be responsible for growing the firm’s open air and lifestyle practice and servicing existing clients in key markets. Jones Lang LaSalle began servicing the Open-Air retail sector in 2007.  Today, the firm manages 93 open-air properties totalling more than 11 million square feet of space.  The Retail division’s total portfolio includes 84 million square feet in the Americas and nearly 265 million square feet worldwide.

A 25 year veteran, Yenser joins JLL following an eight year tenure at Cousins Properties where he most recently ran the firm’s retail practice.  Prior to this, he worked for nearly two decades with General Growth Properties in various positions including asset management, leasing and management.
