Jones Lang LaSalle Selected as Leasing Agent for Galleria Corporate Centre in Scottsdale


PHOENIX, JULY 8, 2010 — Within just a few months of joining Jones Lang LaSalle, the firm’s newest brokerage team has landed the landlord leasing assignment for Galleria Corporate Centre in Scottsdale. JEMB Scottsdale, LLC has hired Managing Directors Don Mudd and John Bonnell, along with Vice Presidents Jason Moore and Brett Abramson, and Vice President and Call Center Specialist Sam Weatherby, to lease the multi-story, 442,132-square-foot office building.

“We are excited to add this landmark project to the Jones Lang LaSalle repertoire,” said Mudd.  “The project is located in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, with the Scottsdale Fashion Square within a five minute walk. In today’s environment, employers are more sensitive to employee needs and wants, and the Galleria Corporate Centre, by virtue of its location, provides every amenity an employer could desire.”

Joseph Collura, who represents the property’s ownership as Vice President for Arizona Operations and as the Centre’s General Manager, said he welcomes the partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle.

“The firm is a proven industry leader in tenant representation as well as other real estate disciplines,” said Collura. “Through direction from Don and John, the Galleria is being re-introduced to greater Phoenix and regional brokerage houses. With the recent movement and/or consolidation of some of the local brokerage houses, it was time to re-introduce the Galleria to the marketplace.” 

Collura noted that, for the past seven years, the Galleria has benefited from a 90 percent or higher occupancy level.

The three-story Galleria Corporate Centre north office building, located at 4343 Scottsdale Rd., currently is marketing 170,493 square feet. Office suites range in size from 1,861 square feet to 12,799 square feet. The property also offers an 86,978-square-foot, state-of-the-art call center. The two-story Galleria Corporate Centre retail building, located at 4301 Scottsdale Rd., currently has one space available for lease, with a total of 20,037 square feet available. Both buildings were built in 1991 and renovated in 2001.

“The call center availability present s a truly unique opportunity within this submarket.
