Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Investor Services in Texas with Addition of Lynn Davis in San Antonio

Davis to expand the firm’s agency leasing and property management services, while bolstering its investment services capabilities in the Lone Star state

SAN ANTONIO, TX, June 1, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Investor Services offerings in San Antonio with the addition of industry leader G. Lynn Davis. Mr. Davis joins the firm as Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing in the San Antonio office.  In his new role, Davis will direct and expand the firm’s Investor Services offerings, which include investment sales, agency leasing and property management capabilities, in the greater San Antonio area and throughout the Lone Star State.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s San Antonio offerings already include a dedicated investment sales team. Davis’ addition marks the firm’s first investment into an expansion of the full suite of investor services in San Antonio.

Davis comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Rand Resources in Los Angeles, where he served on the development team of an entertainment themed 334-acre site to be anchored by a professional football stadium surrounded by office, hospitality and retail. His broad professional background also includes serving as a Leasing Director in Los Angeles and Vice President of Leasing in Houston. His career began in San Antonio where he was Leasing Vice President of Houston based Century Capital, responsible for leasing One International Centre, a 300,000-square-foot Class A office property.

Davis earned his J.D. from Western State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and California.

According to Jones Lang LaSalle, office vacancy rates (Class A, B) in San Antonio improved to 14.2 percent in first quarter 2010, with average lease rates ranging from $18.77 per square foot for B properties and $20.95 per square foot for A properties.
