Jones Lang LaSalle Forms Strategic Alliance Partnership with WESCO International

WESCO to provide electrical, data communication, other MRO products and value-add solutions to Jones Lang LaSalle clients worldwide


CHICAGO, May 12, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has been selected by Pittsburgh-based WESCO International, a leading provider of electrical and industrial maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products, construction materials and advanced integrated supply procurement outsourcing services, as its strategic alliance partner to provide a broad range of real estate services across its 10.5 million-square-foot, 430-building worldwide portfolio. 

Among the services Jones Lang LaSalle will be providing WESCO are transaction management, lease administration, supply chain and logistics consulting, retail outsourcing services, energy management and audits, project and development services, capital markets and financial services. In addition, Jones Lang LaSalle will provide strategic consulting in areas such as portfolio analysis, business and economic incentives, mergers and acquisitions, and benchmarking.

Leading the Jones Lang LaSalle team on this assignment are Michael J. Burns, Managing Director of Corporate Solutions, and Trevor Ragsdale, Managing Director, Industrial Services/Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions.

As a strategic supplier partner of Jones Lang LaSalle, WESCO will be providing electrical and maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) products across Jones Lang LaSalle’s broad client network, in addition to data communication and backroom electrical distribution and control systems.
