Brenda Crisp Joins Jones Lang LaSalle as Leader of Midwest Industrial Property Management

Tenured executive to expand firm’s industrial property management services platform

CHICAGO, May 4, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Brenda Crisp has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and leader of the firm’s Midwest Industrial Property Management practice. With more than 25 years of experience in full-service property management, Crisp will focus on expanding the firm’s Midwest industrial property management platform as well enhancing its robust full-service solutions for clients across the Midwest.

Crisp will report directly to Steve Zsigray, Managing Director, Property Management at Jones Lang LaSalle. She will also partner with Keith Stauber, who recently joined the firm as Regional Managing Director to lead the firm’s Midwest Industrial Services team and guide the integrated platform.

Brenda joins Jones Lang LaSalle from InSite Real Estate, LLC, where she served as Managing Director of Property Management Operations. At InSite, Brenda oversaw an 11-million-square-foot portfolio.

“Brenda has an established track record of delivering excellent property management services as well as developing existing and new client relationships,” said Zsigray. “She is passionate about this business, and we are thrilled to have her join the JLL team.”

Prior to joining InSite Real Estate LLC in 2007, Crisp served as Vice President of Operations for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Central Region and Canada, overseeing the firm’s 36 million-square-foot portfolio there.  She also served as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International Real Estate Management where she contributed to the growth of the firm’s Chicago portfolio from eight million square feet to 18 million square feet.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations. She is also an active member of Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
