JLL adds debt and structured finance expertise in Denver and Salt Lake City

Firm hires finance veteran Michael White as Managing Director

DENVER, May 2, 2018 – JLL Capital Markets today announced industry veteran Michael White has joined the company as a Managing Director. White brings over 20 years of experience in debt and structured financing executions in student and multifamily housing as well as industrial, hospitality and office transactions.  

As a member of JLL's Capital Markets platform, White will be focused on providing clients with debt and structured finance expertise for commercial real estate transactions in Denver and Salt Lake City.

"Michael's deep and varied background as a structured finance, securities and debt professional across multiple industry sectors reinforces our unique capability to offer outstanding capital markets solutions to clients across all categories of commercial real estate finance," said Baxter Fain, JLL Managing Director.

White joins JLL from Plum Creek Capital Advisors where he was a managing principal. Prior to Plum Creek, White transacted significant national real estate finance engagements at several leading global commercial real estate firms. In addition to his extensive involvement in debt transactions over the course of his career, White has also been the transactional lead for well over $2 billion of real estate joint venture equity and structured finance engagements.

White holds a Bachelor's in business administration from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
