Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges 13 Fort Worth Leases Totalling 40,232 Square Feet


FORT WORTH, May 3, 2010– Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that its Fort Worth Agency Leasing team has secured 13 office space leases totalling 40,232 square feet in Fort Worth on behalf of several owner clients.
  • At University Centre II, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Frank Taylor negotiated three leases totalling 8,843 square feet on behalf of Omni American Bank. Edward D. Jones & Co., LP leased 1,278 square feet. Marshall R. Young Oil Company leased 5,123 square feet. Blue Crest Energy, LP leased 2,442 square feet.

  • At Carter Burgess Plaza, Senior Vice President Whit Kelly with Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease on behalf of MS Crescent One SPV, LLC. The Blum Firm, PC leased 7,728 square feet.

  • At Burnett Plaza, Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Ryan Matthews and Associate Will James negotiated the lease on behalf of Whit Energy LLC. Aspect Abundant Shale, LP leased 6,092 square feet.

  • At 1300 South University Drive, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Frank Taylor negotiated two leases totalling 5,702 square feet on behalf of U Centre I Real Estate Ltd. Smith & Cross, LLP leased 3,304 square feet. Hill & Woodard, LLP leased 2,398 square feet.

  • At 550 Bailey, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Whit Kelly negotiated two leases totalling 5,231 square feet on behalf of GC Museum Partners. Allied Cementing Company, LLC leased 3,874 square feet. Clear Fork Properties leased 1,357 square feet.

  • At 110 West 7th Street, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Whit Kelly negotiated the lease on behalf of MS Crescent One SPV, LLC. Main Street Travel leased 2,523 square feet.

  • At Two City Place, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Frank Taylor negotiated the lease on behalf of PNL Companies. ProStaff Personnel Services leased 1,817 square feet.

  • At Nuevell Building, Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice Presidents Frank Taylor and Whit Kelly negotiated the lease on behalf of The Yim Chow Revokable Trust. Cobb, Fendley & Associates leased 1,296 square feet.

  • At 2001 Keller Hicks, Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President George Curry and Associate Will James negotiated the lease on behalf of Sun Coast Post-Tension Ltd. Oil Field Rental leased 1,000 square feet.
