Jones Lang LaSalle Leases 82,220 Square Feet During First Quarter of 2010 at Keystone at the Crossing

New long-term leases indicate robust occupancy in Class A building


INDIANAPOLIS, April 27, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that it has leased 82,220 square feet during the first quarter of 2010 at Keystone at the Crossing in the northern Indianapolis submarket. The new leases reflect the office park’s ongoing reputation as the most strategically located and amenity-rich property in Indianapolis.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s John Robinson and Abby Cooper represented building owner Keystone Investors, LLC, an affiliate of Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., in the transactions. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive leasing agent of the six-building, 1.2-million-square-foot office park.

  • Hallmark Home Mortgage’s: 6,140-square-foot lease renewal and expansion

  • Sling Shot SEO’s 3,157-square-foot lease expansion

  • Highland Capital Brokerage’s 5,652-square-foot lease renewal

  • Wellington Group’s: 5,518-square-foot lease renewal

  • Wallington Asset Management’s 4,925-square-foot lease renewal and expansion

  • APEX Benefits Group’s  4,713-square-foot lease renewal and expansion

  • Right Management’s 3,957-square-foot new lease

  • UGL-Equis’ 3,159-square-foot lease renewal
