Sixteenth new store scheduled to open under partnership
Dallas, March 19, 2018 – JLL announced today the firm has successfully negotiated a new retail lease for Dirt Cheap, their sixteenth successful lease negotiation on behalf of the discount retailer in Texas. Their newest store, located at 3161 Broadway Boulevard in Garland, Texas, is expected to open in April.

Rob Franks led lease negotiation efforts on behalf of Dirt Cheap for each of these locations, ranging from 24,000 to 35,000 square feet.
