JLL Announces Leadership Changes in Indianapolis

Adam Broderick appointed as new head of firm’s Indianapolis office

INDIANAPOLIS, March 8, 2018 – JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced leadership changes in its Indianapolis office that will position the company for future growth. Adam Broderick, currently Managing Director, will assume full leadership of JLL's office in Indianapolis, while John Robinson, Managing Director, will transition into the leadership role for the firm's local Agency Leasing business.

Broderick is backed by more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 650 transactions, representing both owners and occupiers across the United States. Since joining the firm nine years ago, he has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the Indianapolis Investor Services team that is responsible for over 11 million square feet of projects in both the suburban and CBD office markets, including the State's largest office building, Salesforce Tower. In his new role leading the Indianapolis team, he will focus on shaping the firm's local business strategy and expanding JLL's presence throughout the region.

"Adam has played a pivotal role helping us grow our Investor Services platform in Indianapolis," said Dan Ryan, President of JLL's Central Region. "His passion for pursuing business and building relationships will be instrumental as we seek to expand our reach as well as our businesses in Indianapolis."

For the past 27 years, Robinson has been a dominant player in the industry, and in 2008 he opened a new office for JLL to cover the State of Indiana. Today, he and his leasing team are the exclusive leasing agent for Keystone at the Crossing, a one million-square-foot suburban office park, Salesforce Tower, a 1.1 million-square-foot, 48 story downtown office building, and The Precedent Office Park, a 1.2 million-square-foot suburban office park—all representing three of the four largest listings in Indiana. In his new role overseeing the firm's local Agency Leasing business, John will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening the firm's existing platform to better serve its clients locally.

"Since establishing our office in Indianapolis nearly 10 years ago and under John's leadership, we have successfully built a full-service and market-leading team and business," said Ryan. "These leadership changes are the next step in our plans for future growth and are only the beginning of what I believe is going to be a very exciting next decade for us in Indianapolis."
