McNeil represented Syneos Health in lease of entire 215,450-square-foot Perimeter Five in Morrisville, N.C.
NEW YORK, February 15, 2018 —
JLL announced that Erika Jean McNeil, senior vice president, has been chosen to receive two important honors.
Triangle Business Journal recently credited McNeil with completing its Top Office Lease as part of the magazine's 2018 Space Awards. Also, in early March, she will be recognized as a top producer at the highest threshold of performance for the firm during the annual JLL Academy.
McNeil received the magazine's Top Office Lease award for representing Syneos Health in its lease of the entire Perimeter Five office building in Morrisville, N.C. Triangle Business Journal presented the award to McNeil on February 2 at the American Tobacco Campus, 318 Blackwell Street in Durham, N.C.
The publication holds its annual Space Awards program to honor the most accomplished real estate professionals and companies that have contributed to the growth of the Triangle region.
"It was extremely important for Syneos Health to locate its world headquarters in North Carolina to access the talent pool that is so critical to its industry," said
McNeil. "We worked closely with the biopharmaceutical solutions company to identify an innovative, state-of-the-art building that could comfortably house all of its employees and allow room for growth. We found an ideal home for Syneos Health at Perimeter Five in the Perimeter Park office complex, allowing the firm to relocate to a brand new, world-class office building in the heart of Research Triangle."
Syneos Health originally signed a 12-year lease in early January 2017 for the entire 215,450-square-foot Perimeter Five. The Class A office building is located within the Perimeter Park master planned office park. The transaction was later expanded to a total of 258,250 square feet. McNeil represented Syneos Health, along with Paul Glickman, Matthew Astrachan and Michael Morgan, all with JLL.
In addition, McNeil will be recognized as a top producer at JLL Academy, which will be held this year in Atlanta from March 5 to March 8. The company honors its top performers nationwide at the annual meeting. McNeil received the JLL Gold Baton in 2013 for teamwork and collaboration, and she was named a JLL Top Achiever in 2016.
