MILWAUKEE, January 29, 2018 – As part of its continuing effort to drive growth in Milwaukee, JLL today announced it has expanded its Industrial platform with the addition of James Young as Senior Vice President. He will join existing Industrial team members John Packee and Tony Haning and will assume leadership of the firm's Industrial business.

"I'm delighted to join an industry-leading firm that's continuing to grow here in Milwaukee," said Young. "There's a great depth of talent within JLL, and I'm looking forward to collaborating with the local team to create new opportunities for both the firm and our clients."

Young brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation assignments, leasing, industrial sales, investment transactions and land opportunities. Over the course of his career, he has successfully closed more than $300 million in transactions. A top real estate expert in Milwaukee, Jim has been recognized as a Broker of the Year by Riverworks Development Corporation and was awarded with the Investment Deal of the Year (2016) and Industrial Deal of the Year (2017) by the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin. "Milwaukee continues to see developers and out-of-state investors alike recognizing the opportunity that exists," said Dan Ryan, President of JLL's Central Region. "Jim is a Milwaukee real estate veteran who has built an impressive career creating opportunities, and we are pleased to have him join us as we look to grow and accelerate our Industrial business."
