LST Marketing office expands in North Texas

JLL successfully negotiates new office at Travis Walk

LST-Marketing.jpgDallas, January 2, 2018 – JLL announced today the successful negotiation of a new office lease for the national marketing firm, LST Marketing. The Indianapolis-based company is opening a new Dallas office at Travis Walk located at 4514 Travis Street.

"We're very excited about moving into the new office by early spring," said Starke Taylor, CEO of LST Marketing. "LST Marketing's business continues to grow in the Texas market and our need for a larger work place led us to this location. I'd like to thank Brad Selner and the JLL team for guiding us through the process of securing a space that represents our organization's focus on connecting our clients' brands with consumers through sports marketing."

JLL Managing Director Brad Selner negotiated the lease on behalf of LST Marketing. Cushman & Wakefield's Ward Eastman and Lauren Napper represented the owners.

LST Marketing's new office is located within Dallas' second tightest submarket, Uptown/Oak Lawn. According to JLL Research, through Q3 2017, Uptown/Oak Lawn's total vacancy rate is at 12.4% thanks in part to its desirable business environment which includes quality office product and abundant amenities. The neighboring Preston Center office submarket currently has the lowest total vacancy rate in the area with 11.7%.
