JLL boosts leadership to help companies unlock the future of work

Sundar Nagarajan brings specialized expertise in data-driven corporate real estate strategy, workplace productivity and transformation


​​CHICAGO, Dec. 18, 2017 – Digitization and advanced technologies are upending how and where we work—and we’re only at the beginning of the transformation. JLL continues to make strategic investments in people and products to help organizations make data-driven decisions about the future of their workplace. Sundar Nagarajan is the latest appointment to drive this strategy. He joins JLL as Managing Director, Consulting and Business Intelligence Lead for Integrated Portfolio Services in the Americas.

He’s a proven innovator with a future-forward mindset.”

Sundar Nagarajan.jpgBased in Boston, Nagarajan brings more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience, with deep expertise in corporate real estate strategy, workplace productivity, process improvement/design, workplace transformation and change management. Most recently, Nagarajan was a Managing Director at Trascent Management Consulting, a premier global consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on driving measurable results through corporate real estate strategies. He also spent 11 years at Deloitte developing data-driven strategies and effective operations for large, global clients. 

Nagarajan’s background in delivering complex, global projects, including managing large system integrations, will complement JLL’s consulting and business intelligence capabilities. This will be critical to delivering a data- and business intelligence-driven approach to help organizations prepare for the future of work.

Nagarajan holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia; a Master of Business Administration, General Management from Suffolk University; and a Bachelor of Science, Physics and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
