Economic growth triggers expansion of payment technology company headquarters

JLL secures renewal and expansion in downtown Fort Worth

Fort Worth, December 5, 2017 – JLL announced today the successful lease renewal negotiation and expansion for First American Payment Systems. The global payment technology provider is expanding their corporate headquarters at Two City Place, located 100 Throckmorton Street in Fort Worth.

JLL Managing Director Pat McDowell and Vice President Jamie Galati negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Spire's Campbell Henry represented the landlord.

"First American's expansion is indicative of their growth and success," said McDowell. "In order to meet and stay ahead of client demand, they need an office solution that implements new technology and supports their thriving infrastructure. We were able to work with Spire to ensure they had both at Two City Place."

Their new office footprint will encompass 78,872 total square feet, an increase of over 19% from their current 66,094 square feet of office space.
