Unprecedented Opportunity Available in Fishers


INDIANAPOLIS, November 1, 2017 – JLL Indianapolis today announced the firm has been hired by the owners of Gateway One to manage the property and leasing of their newest asset. An investment group led by Nick Weybright, Weybright Properties, recently completed the purchase of Gateway One, located at 10300 Kincaid Drive in Fishers, Indiana. Steve Lowry of Kasota Solutions, and Tom Grant, a local investor, were also active in the purchase of the building. This opportunity is the largest contiguous space available in the growing northeast Indianapolis submarket.

The JLL Indianapolis team of John Robinson, Managing Director, and Nick Arterburn, Executive Vice President, will represent the owners of Gateway One. JLL Property Management will manage the property.

Gateway One is located just south of the new I-69 interchange recently completed at 106th Street. Nearby includes an abundance of highly desirable amenities in addition to the The Yard at Fishers District, set to begin construction in the spring of 2018, and will offer shops, a hotel, greenspace and up to 18 restaurants.
