JLL completes sale of former Toyota national HQ campus in Torrance, Calif.

110+-acre property includes 2+ million SF of office, industrial space

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 18, 2017 – JLL's Capital Markets experts today announced the firm completed the sale of Toyota's former Los Angeles-area national headquarters. Sares Regis Group, a Southern California-based owner and operator of commercial real estate, purchased the 110+-acre complex, which includes more than 2 million square feet of office and industrial space.

Managing Director Jeff Adkison and Senior Vice President Brendan McArthur led the JLL team on the sale.

"Sares Regis Group presented the best, most comprehensive offer for this high-quality asset, which allowed it to come out ahead in the competitive bid process."

The campus is located approximately 10 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and is near the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
