JLL Strengthens Project Development Services Team in Philadelphia

Dodie L. Williams promoted to Vice President and PDS Lead and Robert Fogarasi hired as Vice President, Projects

PHILADELPHIA, July 06, 2017 – Today, JLL has announced two prominent personnel announcements from their Project and Development Services (PDS) team. Dodie L. Williams has been promoted to Vice President and PDS Lead while Robert Fogarasi has been hired as Vice President, Projects.

Dodie initially joined the company in 2008 as an Associate Project Manager and knew that she had found her calling. In her new role, Dodie will provide leadership and oversight of the PDS team to ensure JLL continues to exceed client expectations in Center City Philadelphia; Berwyn, PA; Cherry Hill, NJ; Lehigh Valley, PA; Wilmington DE; and Mechanicsburg, PA. She will be primarily responsible for leading employee engagement and the growth of her team and their market share. Previously, Dodie served as Director in the PDS group for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Prior to her promotion, Dodie had been recognized as a JLL Spotlight Award Winner in 2015, and won the Prism Award for Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in 2014. She has also earned the LEED Accreditation Professional from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Dodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College.

As Vice President, Projects, Robert will direct, manage and execute significant project management assignments for JLL, including ground up development, renovation and tenant improvements for commercial, institutional, industrial and higher education clients, as well as overseeing projects through completion of construction and occupancy. Additionally, Robert will aid in company growth and business development. 

Prior to joining JLL, Robert spent 12 years with Binswanger, most recently serving Vice President and Senior Project Manager. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Pierce College.

JLL's PDS department manages the design and construction of corporate real estate projects from pre-lease and site selection to move completion. In 2014, the department delivered 414 percent ROI on total North American project management fees. That same year, JLL's North American clients saved $345 million by outsourcing real estate project management and scored JLL an average 4.71 out of 5 in overall satisfaction.
