JLL leader takes home Realcomm Digie award

Maureen Ehrenberg recognized with Julie Devine Digital Impact Award

CHICAGO, June 27, 2017 — Internationally recognized technology, automation and innovation advocate Maureen Ehrenberg can add another accolade to her list of achievements. Ehrenberg, President of Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at JLL, was awarded the prestigious Julie Devine Digital Impact Award at Realcomm's annual conference in San Diego.

Ehrenberg won the Digie Award for her leadership in the digital transformation of JLL's IFM services and in the facilities management industry, most recently as global chair of the board of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). At JLL, Ehrenberg provides leadership, strategic direction and expertise to a team of more than 30,000 professionals managing more than one billion square feet of client facilities globally.

"This Digie Award recognizes Maureen's contributions as a passionate advocate of bringing digitization and the future of work to the facility management profession," said John Forrest, Global and Americas CEO, JLL Corporate Solutions. "More specifically, she has also played a leadership role in the firm's digital transformation. Maureen has led key initiatives such as our Corrigo and CoR Advisors acquisitions and played a pivotal role in the development of our Future of Work corporate real estate management model."

Ehrenberg's leadership extends deep into the facility management community. She was instrumental in founding the new Built Environment Technology Association (BETA). As chair of the board of IFMA, Ehrenberg was a driving force behind the organization's landmark collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and other industry advances.

This marks the third time JLL has won a Realcomm Digie Award. Last year, JLL won the Best Use of Automation-Commercial Services award for the launch of RED, the commercial real estate industry's first scalable data and insights platform.

The Julie Devine Digital Impact Award recognizes individuals who are leading the commercial real estate industry's digital transformation. It acknowledges individuals who saw things ahead of their associates, had the courage to leave the mainstream and the tenacity to keep standing up after many failed attempts.

Since 1999, Realcomm has presented the "Digie" Awards (Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation Awards) to organizations and individuals that are going above and beyond to bring technology, automation and innovation to the commercial real estate industry.
