Additions build upon previous acquisitions, expands real estate services throughout Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 22, 2017 JLL (NYSE:JLL) today announced Robert Crenshaw, Patrick Phipps and J. Mark Williams, specialists in real estate valuation and advisory, have joined JLL along with 12 additional professionals. They were previously with a Florida affiliate of Integra Realty Resources (IRR), a leading network of independent U.S. commercial real estate valuation, counseling and advisory firms.

These new hires build upon the acquisitions of the Houston, Dallas and Chicago affiliates of IRR last year, and expands JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services in the U.S. to include all major markets in Florida.

"The hiring of these well-regarded Florida valuation and advisory experts shows our strategic commitment to further expanding this business throughout the U.S.," said Michael Welch, JLL Head of Valuation & Advisory Services, U.S. "Bob, Mark and Patrick, along with the other exceptionally talented, results-driven people, will help JLL bring additional value to our clients in Florida and the Southeast."

Crenshaw, Phipps and Williams will jointly lead the new Florida Valuation & Advisory Services platform.

"Providing the best Valuation & Advisory Services for our clients is a true team effort," said Doug Irmscher, Market Director of Florida. "Our Florida offices have tremendous talents and these new additions will strengthen our roster. That's a win for JLL and our clients."

Added Crenshaw, "We are excited to be a part of JLL Valuation & Advisory Services. Our staff of 15 appraisers brings a broad range of appraisal experience to serve JLL in Florida and the Southeast."

Together Crenshaw, Phipps and Williams bring nearly 90 years of combined real estate valuation experience to JLL, while each offering their own area of expertise. Crenshaw specializes in multifamily, Williams focuses on office and niche properties, while Phipps advises on retail and industrial assets.

Formed in 1997 as Crenshaw-Williams Appraisal Company, IRR-Jacksonville's valuation and advisory experts provided consulting, valuation, feasibility and market study services for commercial office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality and vacant land properties. They also specialized in niche product types including manufactured housing, self-storage and credit tenant net lease properties.
