JLL Indianapolis Brokers Awarded for Outstanding Service

Success leads to company growth of 32%

INDIANAPOLIS, April 4, 2017 – JLL's Indianapolis office is pleased to announce that the team of John Robinson, Adam Broderick and Traci Kapsalis were named Broker of the Year by the Indiana Chapter of NAIOP, the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. Robinson, Broderick and Kapsalis all manage exclusive leasing agreements for many of the high-profile office towers and business parks in the Indianapolis area.

"We are thrilled to be recognized for our dedication to our clients who have put great trust in us to bring value to their properties and maintain occupancy," said John Robinson, Managing Director. "It is especially humbling to be honored by our peers in the industry who work alongside us."

The Broker of the Year Award recognizes individuals or established brokerage teams that demonstrate exceptional skills and/or noteworthy accomplishments in representing owners, users or occupiers. The winner benefits the local community through economic or community development, and other achievements such as exceptional client service, innovative problem solving, and creativity in transaction structure.

"John, Adam and Traci are well-established brokers in the Indianapolis market, representing some of the best assets in the city," says NAIOP Awards Chairman, Mark Hosfeld, of Duke Realty. "Their market intelligence and dedication to the highest level of service is well-known to all that work aside them. They are highly respected members of the commercial real estate community."

The Broker of the Year Award is a testament to the success of the JLL Indianapolis office. Another element that illustrates the office's success is the significant growth it has experienced. In the last 15 months, the staff has grown by 32% with the hiring of thirteen additional staff to fulfil the needs of the brokerage. More noteworthy is that these positions were added in all departments. This balanced growth demonstrates the success throughout the company in all areas. The increase in market share is a direct result of the company's success and led to an increase in staffing to meet the demands of continued service to clients and partners.

Several staff members were promoted as a result of their outstanding service and dedication to excellence. Tammy Faulk, a member of the Office Leasing team, was promoted to Vice President. Steve Schwegman, Brian Seitz, and Jake Sturman are all members of the Industrial team and were each promoted to Managing Director. The Property Management team promoted Brittany Polen to General Manager of several properties in the portfolio.
