JLL and Presidio Relocate Enterprise of Arizona to New Regional HQ

Company consolidates regional administration, training and operations at new Chandler facility

PHOENIX, March 14, 2017 – On behalf of Enterprise Leasing Company of Phoenix LLC, an operating subsidiary of Enterprise Holdings Inc., the Phoenix office of JLL and Scottsdale-based Presidio Southwest have completed a 42,790-square-foot building lease. The lease agreement relocates Enterprise Holdings' regional headquarters from its previously owned location on Auto Drive in South Tempe into new leased space at Chandler Corporate Center, located on McClintock Drive, between Ray Road and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Arizona.

The largest car rental company in the world, Enterprise Holdings operates – through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries and franchises – the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.

JLL Managing Director John Pierson and Vice President Trevor Pratt, along with Rick Breuer of Presidio Southwest LLC, represented Enterprise in the site selection and lease negotiations. Phil Breidenbach of Colliers International represented the building owner, The Rockerfeller Group/RG-MCCLINTOCK LLC.

The new Enterprise regional headquarters is located at 4100 W. Galveston St. in Chandler, approximately one mile from both the Loop 101 and 202 freeways. The 85,797-square-foot building was built in 2016, offering new construction, easy access, ample parking and room for new employee training and future expansion.

"This space brings multiple functions and approximately 250 regional Enterprise employees together under one roof to provide administrative, operations and new hire training activity. Because of this, a building that offered nearby amenities and modern operational efficiencies, with convenient access to employees, was important in the site selection process," said Pierson. "Enterprise is one of many large tenants who have committed to the Southeast Valley over the past year, attracted by the submarket's high-quality office inventory, educated employee pool and accessibility."

"The new office space is well-suited to our needs, and Chandler is conveniently located, enabling us to support our network of local branch offices."

St. Louis-based Enterprise Holdings operates more than 6,400 fully staffed airport and neighborhood offices located within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population. The company is relocating its Arizona-based regional headquarters from a self-owned building at 1444 W. Auto Dr. in Tempe. Enterprise sold that property in 2016 to Stanley Steamer, however leased the space back to allow time to relocate into its new facility. The company expects to occupy its new space in Chandler in July.
